HOW TO ORDER YOUR PORTRAIT

1. Contact me to let me know that you will be ordering the portrait.

2. Send me by mail several good photos of your pet along with his or her name if you
want it included on the portrait.

3. Include a check for the size you want, any additional notecards, and $11.95 for S&H
to P.O. Box 193, Weston, VT 05161.

I'll send a matted portrait back to you within 4 weeks by USPS Priority Mail.
